Huber

If you have been sentenced with Huber privileges, please complete the below Huber packet and have it turned in 2 weeks prior to your report date. Huber packets can either be dropped off in person at the Kewaunee County Jail or emailed to either Deputy Hermans (hermans.logan@kewauneeco.org) or Deputy DuBois (dubois.john@kewauneeco.org). You will be required to pass a drug test prior to being eligible for huber.

Transfers

Kewaunee County Jail does accept Huber transfers. Requests need to be made with the sentencing county and then the paperwork needs to be transferred to the Kewaunee County Jail from the sentencing county, not the inmate. A $150 transfer fee will be assessed with anyone transferring to Kewaunee County Jail. Violation of the Kewaunee County Jail Huber rules may result in revocation of the transfer. In this case you will be returned to the sentencing county.

EMP

The Kewaunee County Sheriff’s Department does offer an Electronic Monitoring Program (EMP). Talk to a Huber Officer about using this program to serve your sentence. Determination on who can participate in this program is handled on a case by case basis. Violation of the EMP rules may result in termination of the program.
