Unpaid fines that result in a Warrant
- Can be satisfied through the Kewaunee County Sheriff’s Department 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Acceptable forms of payment are cash, credit/debit card, or money order.
- When paying with a credit/debit card, a transaction fee is charged through the payment service that the Sheriff’s Department uses.
Bail Bonds issued by Circuit Court (Judge/Court Commissioner)
- Bonds are an agreement to show up to your next court date and to follow the additional conditions of release.
- All court issued bonds must be paid to the Kewaunee County Clerk of Courts. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm, except holidays. The Clerk of Courts is located at:

- There are three types of bonds:
- If the defendant fails to comply with any condition of bond, the court may enter an order declaring the bond to be forfeited.
- Any restitution, fines, forfeitures or costs imposed against the defendant shall be paid out of the bail without further notice.
